Who we are

What we collect

We collect the data you choose to send us: your email address and anything you write when you book an intro, ask for a case study or for access to our library of flows, or email us. If you book a call through our scheduling tool, we also receive the details you enter there.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and fonts and images are served from our own domain. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages: GitHub, Inc. records visitors' IP addresses in its server logs to keep the service secure.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and arrange the call you asked for. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who can see it

Our team, and the providers that process data on our behalf to run this website, our email and our scheduling tool. Some of them, such as GitHub, may process data outside the European Economic Area; when this happens, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to handle your request and any relationship that follows from it. After that, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to hello@exdpeople.org. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
